Cancellation

Duncross Media require a 30 day notice period when ending the service agreement. If you cancel the service during an active period of service, this service period must be completed before the 30 day notice period can begin. Services can be put on hold for 60 days. Services on hold will not activate the 30 day notice period until the 60 days hold is completed. Services placed on hold during an active month are to be paid in full by the next billing date. E.g, Service started on the 1st January, placed on hold on the 10th January, your bill will be due on the 1st February. The 30 day notice period will start on May 1st.

In paying the first invoice, you are agreeing to our cancellation terms.

  • Maintain sufficient advertising budget in the appropriate accounts.
  • Inform us of major business or website changes that may impact performance.
  • Keep us apprised of sales/leads – this will allow us to adjust the strategy accordingly
  • As a marketing agent our goal is to provide client with traffic and eyes on product – clients are ultimately responsible for all sales

In paying the first invoice, you are agreeing to all our terms.
